Are you ready to get your woo-woo on?
According to the internet, “woo-woo” means: regarded as having little or no scientific basis, especially relating to spirituality, mysticism, or alternative medicine.
That’s how I used to feel about visualization. I loved it. It felt great. But letting other people know I was into it was a little scary for fear they’d finally find out just how much of a hippie I was! 😜
But now, there’s a lot of science out there about visualization. Turns out, we stimulate the same parts of the brain when simply imagining an action as when we actually perform the action. Pretty cool, huh?
I’m not exactly sure how that translates for the golden sphere visualization I’m sharing with you today, but I’ve never cared much about specifics like that. If it feels good, if it works, I’m in!
I’ll guide you through the process. And once you practice a bit, you can do this visualization in line at the store, before a difficult conversation… I’d recommend it right when you wake up in the morning and a couple more times throughout the day. When I remember to take my own advice 🤪, this practice helps me feel grounded and centered and empowered. All good stuff!
Give it a try! (It’ll take you less than 7 minutes.)

Hannah, I just tried your meditation/visualization and it was a great start to my day. I’m a little off center right now and I’m going to take advantage of this golden sphere.
Loved this so much! It’s a great reminder to take some time for myself during the day to re-center. Great visualization. Thank you ❤️🙌🏻.
