Last week, I wrote to you about the concept of minimal muscular effort. I invited you to become a huntress in your own life, to search for where there is over effort. What is taking energy from the system that’s not necessary? Where might you be wasting precious resources?
Oof. I want that kind of support SO MUCH. I can’t remember ever feeling it. I read recently in some horoscope piece, likely from Chani Nicholas, that I may only ever feel that supported by and connected to the Divine. A part of me feels this is unfair and another part feels some relief. Permission to stop looking to humans with my impossible expectations.
This new moon, I want to open to encountering this kind of support, and to receive it and recognize it when it comes.
I've really been thinking about this, too... part of why I don't feel fully supported is often because I simply don't ask. In fact, just today I was literally pushing away support that I actually wanted (and was being freely offered) - heaven forbid I be an inconvenience. And like you said, looking to humans is often so mired in impossible expectations or even past disappointments... I'm happy to have written about it here, because I know I'll come back to it. It'll stay top of mind.
